River rafting

Torne River that divides the village of Kukkola on the Swedish-Finnish border, is a fantastic location for the river rafting. First, we will cross the border with a raft and get appropriate clothes and instructions on the Finnish side.

River rafting is done in a rubber boat and everyone participates in steering by paddling. The price includes 2 runs. The first time is a trial of your skills and “the basic track” route follows the border, wich is also where the river runs deepest. If circumstances allow, the second time will be an “action track” with more challenging tasks. After changing back to regular clothes, we will cross the border and return back to Sweden.
