Lunch Menu Summer 2025

Every day we serve Torne Valley Salmon Soup made from Grandma Margit’s recipe. Salad buffet with several delicious salads, homemade lingonberry bread, flatbread, “tunnbröd” and butter. Coffee and cake included

Monday Beef stew with pearl onions, duchesse potatoes with dill

Tuesday Chicken fillet with sunflower seeds, apricot, and apple & lingonberry chutney, wild rice with vegetables

Wednesday Pork ribs marinated in local beer and herbs with BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes

Thursday Grilled chicken thigh fillet marinated in Pesula’s mustard, white wine sauce with bell pepper and Västerbotten cheese, rice with vegetables

Friday Rump steak with wild mushroom sauce, wheat berries with roasted onion and herbs

Saturday Slow-baked pork tenderloin with caramelized onion and rosemary sauce, roasted potatoes

Sunday Roasted and braised leg of lamb with rich sauce, potato gratin

All Salads and warm food is Lactose free and Gluten free

We also offer a vegan/vegetarian alternative daily.
